Does the Renters' Rights Bill actually affect my Accommos agreement?
The Renters’ Rights Bill is targeted at individual Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs). Your agreement with Accommos is a commercial lease between you and a company. This places it outside the key provisions of the Bill — including the abolition of Section 21 and the end of fixed-term tenancies. We strongly recommend consulting your solicitor, but our legal team has structured agreements specifically to maximise your protection.
How do you guarantee rent above market rate?
